Minimum Requirements for a Full Day Charter:

A minimum of 20 logged dives. Advanced Open Water Certification prefered. Experienced divers with Open Water Certification and required dives are accepted. At least 1 dive in the ocean to 70 feet or greater.

At least 2 logged boat dives.

At least 2 dives in the last 12 months. Minimum age for Full Day Charter is 15 years of age.
Additionally, we have both a Full Day Shallow and Half Day Charters available to ship wrecks and reefs that sit in about 60 feet of water. These dives are ideal for divers who either do not meet the minimum requirements for the deeper Full Day Charters or would benefit from doing a shallow wreck dive from a boat. If a diver does not meet all of these requirements, they must hire one of our dive master guides.
Minimum Requirements for Full Day Shallow and Half Day Charters:
Open Water Diver certified with a minimum of 10 logged dives, at least one of those being a boat dive. At least 2 dives in the past 12 months.
Required and Recommended Equipment:
In addition to the basic equipment that all divers are aware of, Olympus strongly recommends that each diver dive with a computer. Please visit with your divers to make sure that they are aware of how the computer functions as well as how to set the computer for appropriate mix. In addition, having the computer manual with them on the dive boat is always advised.
Minimum safety equipment recommendation is a surface marker buoy suitable for diving in the ocean. Neon yellow is best for our area.
