PADI or NAUI

A reality in diving is that most awe inspiring underwater vistas reside in relativley deep water. Olympus Dive Center believes that one can best manage the risks inherent in deeper diving by taking a Deep Diving specialty course. Deep diving conducted safely allows you to increase the diversity of your diving experiences with historic shipwrecks, breathtaking wall dives, cenotes, blue holes, and unique marine life encounters.

Our PADI Deep Diver and NAUI Deep Diver courses will prepare you for the challenges of deep diving. Although not a Technical Diving Course, the safety procedures and techniques will increase your comfort zone to the maximum recreational diving limit of 130'. Risk management, narcosis awareness, gas consumption, gear configuration, redundancy, task loading, and emergency procedures are covered in great detail and stressed throughout the course.
