During your entry level Scuba course, you learned how to safely conduct dives in an environment with conditions similar to those in which you trained. By participating in an Advanced Open Water Diver course, you can greatly expand the conditions in which you're qualified to dive. Additionally you'll have the opportunity to improve your diving skills while enjoying the added comfort of professional supervision.
During your Advanced course you'll explore exciting activities such as deep diving, navigation diving, wreck diving, boat diving and more!
The minimum requirements for our Offshore Advanced Open Water is:
For divers that do not meet our Offshore minimum requirements, you are invited to participate in an Advanced class featuring the same dives as the offshore course including 2 dives on local wrecks. This course is designed for the recently certified divers or those divers with less than 25 dives. Here is the link:
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed to introduce novice and intermediate level divers to five exciting specialty diving areas. Students choose their five areas, read the applicable material from the textbook and complete the knowledge reviews. The instructor then covers the material in a short classroom session, or during pre-and post-dive briefings for each training dive.
